Overview
Run the checkup's captures inside your own app: what the SDKs do, and how to get them.
The SDKs run the checkup's guided captures inside your own app: the face video, the voice recording, the selfie and skin photos, and readings from wearables. Your app shows them in its own screens and receives the measured biomarkers.
| SDK | For |
|---|---|
| iOS | A native iOS app, as a Swift package |
| Flutter | A Flutter app on iOS or Android, as a Dart package |
| Web | A browser: planned |
How they fit with the API
The SDKs and the API serve different needs:
- The SDKs measure in your app and hand the results to your app, as data points. They do not send them to the YOU(th) API, so no webhook announces them.
- The API answers checkups members complete with YOU(th): at a YOU(th) kiosk or in the YOU(th) Health Hub app.
What you need
- Access to the SDK. The SDKs and their sample apps are shared with each partner directly while their public distribution is prepared. Ask your YOU(th) contact.
- Credentials from your backend. The SDK measures with services YOU(th) works with, and needs their credentials when your app starts. YOU(th) issues them to your backend; your app fetches them from there and hands them to the SDK. Never build them into the app.
- The camera and the microphone. The captures ask the person for them as they start.
Not decided yet: the SDKs' licence, and whether results measured in your app can reach the YOU(th) API as checkups.
