Flutter
The SDK for Flutter apps, as a Dart package.
The Flutter SDK brings the checkup's captures into a Flutter app, on iOS and Android. It is a Dart
package, youth_biomarkers_sdk, for Dart 3.9 or later.
Add it to your app
Ask your YOU(th) contact for access, then add the package to your pubspec.yaml as they describe.
Start it
Hand the SDK its credentials, which your app fetched from your backend, then initialise it for the person and their language:
import 'package:youth_biomarkers_sdk/youth_sdk_exports.dart';final sdk = YouthSdk();// The credentials your app fetched from your backend.sdk.configure(credentials);// `apiKey` and `userId` as your YOU(th) contact describes them.await sdk.init(apiKey, userId, locale: const Locale('de'));YouthSdk is one instance for the whole app. The SDK speaks English, German and Italian, and falls
back to English for any other language.
Run a capture
Each capture has its own controller, which your screen drives and listens to:
| Capture | Controller |
|---|---|
| Face video | YouthVideoController |
| Selfie | YouthSelfieController |
| Voice recording | YouthVoiceController |
| Body skin photo | YouthBodySkinController |
| Photo | YouthCameraPhotoController |
| Wearables | YouthWearablesController |
A capture's results come back to your app as data points: a biomarker, its value and its unit.
Not decided yet: the SDK's licence, its public distribution, and the platform versions it supports. The sample app your YOU(th) contact shares shows each controller in use.
